Pricing & Fees

• $45/month, or annual billing at ~5% discount.
• $100 onboarding fee (waived with a recent Cramer Services tune-up within 3 months).
• Discounts are provided for individuals who choose to service multiple units at the same residence.

Filter guidance

• We replace a standard filter at each quarterly visit.
• In demanding environments (construction dust, smokers, multiple occupants), consider interim changes between visits.

Exclusions, Billing & Cancellation

• Repairs and parts are not included; quoted separately.
• Auto-renewing subscription; payments processed automatically.
• Cancel anytime; no refunds; benefits continue through the current billing period.
