• Four full HVAC tune-ups per subscription term; comprehensive checklist (filters, coils, blower, drains, burners, refrigerant, electrical, safety checks).
• Priority scheduling for service requests.
• 10% service credits toward future repairs/installs (not cash redeemable).

Pricing & Fees

• $60/month, or annual billing at ~5% discount.
• $100 onboarding fee (waived with a recent Cramer Services tune-up within 3 months).
• Discounts are provided for individuals who choose to service multiple units at the same residence.

• Your property has high foot traffic, long operating hours, or critical uptime needs.
• The environment is dust-prone (kitchens, salons, shops, warehouses) or you operate multiple packaged/rooftop units.
• You want proactive documentation for efficiency, safety, and warranty support.

Filter guidance

• We replace standard filters at each quarterly visit (type/quantity per unit spec).
• Between visits, plan internal filter changes every 30–60 days; in greasy/dusty spaces, monthly is recommended.

Exclusions, Billing & Cancellation

• Repairs and parts are not included; quoted separately.
• Auto-renewing subscription; payments processed automatically.
• Cancel anytime; no refunds; benefits continue through the current billing period.
